This photo was used in a news article published on October 5, 2015, on the news website DNA India. According to the report, “a journalist named Hana Mahamaid, who was shot in the face with a stun grenade at close range in East Jerusalem, resumed reporting shortly after the incident. This incident occurred while she was reporting on clashes near Beit El settlement, outside of Ramallah. Israeli Occupation Forces targeted Palestinian journalists with stun grenades and tear gas during the clashes, leading to Mahamaid’s injury.”
