The advertisement is prompting people to click on a link and share it further with Whatsapp contacts. The post also claims that users can earn Rs1000 or Rs2000 daily. following this process. Vishvas News earlier investigated investigated the viral post and found it to be fake.

Claim

A post shared on Vishvas News Whatsapp chatbot claims that World Health Organization (WHO) is offering jobs to people during the coronavirus pandemic. As per the advertisement, people need to fill in their personal details by clicking on a suspicious link and share the link with their Whatsapp contacts. It further claims that by following this process, users can earn Rs1000 or Rs2000 daily. The link with the post is http://bit.ly/Jobs-At_WHO

Investigation

Vishvas News investigated the advertisement on the official website of World Health Organization (WHO) but didn’t find any such job. The posting was also not mentioned on any social media handle of WHO.

The link mentioned in the post prompts the users to enter name, age, contact details and city name. It further displayed the message: “Share this news with your Whatsapp friends to get this job offer.” The link is suspicious and one should never fill any personal information such unauthentic links.
