Users are claiming that this picture is telling the condition of water in Delhi. Vishvas News investigated and found the post to be misleading. Claim

Facebook page Best Hindi News posted a picture on June 19 describing it as recent with a claim that read: ‘Condition of water in Delhi’

Considering the photo as recent, other users are also sharing it and making it viral. The archived version of the post can be viewed here.

Investigation

Vishvas News started searching the viral image using Google reverse image search tool. In the initial search itself, we found this picture in Alamy Photo Agency. As per the caption, the picture was clicked on June 30th, 2009 in Sanjay Colony, Delhi. Sheila Dikshit was the Chief Minister of Delhi at that time. The picture was clicked by Adnan Abidi for Reuters.

Vishvas News contacted Adnan Abidi. He told us that the picture which is now going viral on social media is from the year 2009.

We scanned the Facebook page Best Hindi News that shared the post and found that the page is followed by more than two lakh people.

Conclusion: Vishvas News investigated and found the post to be misleading. The viral picture is of 2009 and is claimed to be as recent.
