Investigation
Let us tell you that GST is an indirect tax that the customers have to pay while purchasing goods or services like food, clothing, electronics, items of daily necessities, transportation, travel etc. The rates of GST for various goods and services in India are divided into four main slabs, which are- 5 per cent, 12 per cent, 18 per cent and 28 per cent.
These rates are decided by the GST Council. Apart from this, there are many such services and goods, which have been kept out of the preview of GST. Read more information on this topic here.
