The claim alongside the photo showing hundreds of people reads, “Somebody posted this REVOLUTION IMAGE Last Night! FB DELETED IT .. Here is is AGAIN! FRANCE is STANDING UP !! We searched the photo using Google Reverse Image tool. We found the exact same picture on afpforum.com. According to the website, this picture was taken from above the Arc of Triumph (Arc de Triumph) on July 15, 2018 where people could be holding torches in their hands.” The picture was taken when France won the 2018 Football World Cup. “
