New Delhi (Vishvas News): A viral post on social media shows a tentative timetable for the UP Board Intermediate Examination (Science) 2021.
Vishvas News received this claim for fact check on its Fact Checking WhatsApp chatbot (+91 95992 99372). Our investigation revealed the claim is fake. No such timetable has been released till the time of fact check.

Investigation
Vishvas News searched this claim on the Internet using essential keywords (UP Board Exam Timetable 2021). We did not find any news report about this information. But we found many articles alerting that the last date for filling the form to appear for the UP Board High School and Intermediate Examination 2021 is September 30.
An article in the Dainik Jagran published on 8 October 2020, stated that children have missed to fill in application even after the date was extended twice. The article states, “The regional office of the board is now asking the schools to send the application form to Prayagraj, the board office only after giving proper reasons.”
We could confirm that the application process for the Board Exam 2021 is not yet over.
We searched on the official website of Secondary Education Council Uttar Pradesh, Prayagraj. We found student’s monthly academic calendar for the year 2020-21 released on 13 August. The department has scheduled to start online classes from 18 August.
The calendar clearly states in the second line from below that the board examination of class 10 and class 12 will be held in March / April 2021 contradicting the viral post.
We contacted Divya Kant Shukla, Joint Education Director, Prayagraj Division to verify the claim. “The viral timetable is fake. We have not released any such time table yet,” said Shukla.
Conclusion: The viral post is fake. The education Board has not released any such timetable till date.
