About: Rajesh is a journalist and a researcher with more than three decades of rich experience in journalism. He has in-depth knowledge of the concept and working of digital and print media. Prior to his association with the Dainik Jagran group, he has been associated with Dainik Bhaskar, and the Hindustan Times groups and has played the lead role in establishing digital and print teams. In his current role at the Jagran group, he is the Editor-in-Chief of digital and the driving force behind the next generation of fact-checking and media literacy at the IFCN-verified signatory Vishvas News.

A post-graduate in journalism and mass communication, he is also an alumnus of the Editorial Development Program of the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. He is a Google News Initiative fact-checking and news verification trainer and has various international certifications such as – Investigative reporting in Platforms (Knight Center for Journalism), Public Policy, Hands-on Fact-Checking: A Short Course – Poynter University’s e-learning course and an advanced course in media literacy.

Qualification: He is a Post Graduate in Journalism and Mass Communication and an alumnus of the Editorial Development Program of IIM, Indore.
